FAQ

How do I become a reseller? 

  • Please fill out the application located at the bottom of our homepage. You will need a valid business/tax ID and a copy of your business license/registration/seller's permit.
What is the minimum opening order? 
  • Opening orders start at a minimum of $200 and the re-order minimum is also $200.

Can I make changes to my order?

  • We try our best to process orders the day we receive them, so changes or cancelations may not always be possible. Please contact wholesale@ohhappyday.com and we will do our best to meet your request.  

When will my order ship?

  • Orders are generally processed within 5-10 business days. Our facility operates Monday through Friday and is closed on weekends and US holidays.

How much will shipping cost? 

  • Shipping fees are calculated by our warehouse and will be charged at the time of shipment. 

When will I be charged for my backordered items? 

  • We only charge for items that ship out. You will be charged for backordered items at time of shipment. 

Do you have product images for me to use for my online store?

  • Yes we do! Please contact wholesale@ohhappyday.com for high resolution images of our products.
